A feeling of accomplishment is pretty awesome. It’s one thing to meet life’s challenges head on. We go about our lives & face the world everyday. Raising your own bar and pushing yourself  is a whole different matter. And I believe the ultimate gratification. After all, everyone deserves to be as  happy, healthy & strong as they can possibly be.


You’ll thank yourself later

As it says at the top of the page, “If at first you DO succeed…”. Wether it be an extra rep, a few more pounds off, or next year’s marathon I believe it important to dig down deep to give ourselves that extra challenge. And try harder.

Setting Goals

There is definitely no shortage of motivation out there. That being said, I believe it important to find purpose. Lifestyle changes are a personal matter. The more and more I see the people in my life make their progress, the more I am encouraged to continue with my journey.

  • Surround yourself with like minded people
  • Set clear goals
  • PUSH yourself
  • Never quit
