FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Last fall, before the weather turned very cold I decided to propagate herbs in my kitchen window. Part curiosity, part planning ahead I envisioned a spring garden I could not only use, but take outside and continue growing as well.
I chose three herbs I thought success could be attainable and chose some clippings. Several weeks in, and a few temperature drops later I woke up to the mint like this…
Even with the odds stacked against it is still determined to thrive. So should each of us. Life has a way of dishing it up now and then, and it’s up to us to dig down deep and find a way to grow & thrive.
Here is the mint now in it’s new home.
I hope you follow me on this journey to find new ways to grow, live well, and thrive.
