My favorite holiday, I do hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Talk about carb-loading.
Our national cheat day is over, however.
In my opinion, any good trainer or fitness enthusiast worth their weight in iron will tell you, 80% of success is diet/nutrtion. 80. So while we may feel tempted this season to indulge (and will) keep your eye on that prize and keep the cheat meals in order.
This season I plan to find new ways to do just that, so please stay tuned and as always….
