SOAR IN 2015 #getfit



As we cruise into 2015 I feel it important to think back to those New Year Resolutions. For one, this is a fitness site dedicated to inspiring and motivating others. However, all to often our daily lives and grinds can side track us. Temporarily side track us that is.



  • the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way
  • the general desire of willingness of someone to do something

In other words, why we do what we do. I believe fitness goals are a very personal thing. For whatever reason or reasons we push our bodies, minds, and spirits. In my opinion it is the “willingness” to try. To try to:

  • Improve
  • Strengthen
  • Build
  • Grow
  • Learn

That feeling of accomplishment. Satisfaction. Control. Improvement. I could go on and on and on. Speaking from experience, once you get started you never look back.
